MAC Group Europe Ltd warrants that Tenba bags, except for Air Cases, Car Cases and Tripaks, will be free from manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase. MAC Group Europe Ltd warrants that Air Cases, Car Cases and Tripaks will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to Tenba products purchased from uk.tenba.com or sold by an authorised retailer in the UK only.
If your Tenba bag or case (‘Product’) fails due to manufacturing or material defects, we will fix or replace it. Tenba bags and cases are meticulously constructed of excellent materials and components.
This limited warranty does not apply to any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, improper handling or negligence. Tenba bags are made to perform and look great for years, but signs of normal wear are to be expected with any fabric product and are not covered by this warranty. The warranty covers Tenba bags and cases only; the customer accepts responsibility for determining suitability and fitness for use, and therefore consequential damages are not warranted.
If you do discover a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact MAC Group Europe Ltd before returning your product. We may be able to solve your problem faster by sending you a replacement part.
